Privacy

This privacy notice explains how ODURO ENTERPRISES LTD (“Oduro”, “we”) collects and uses personal data when you visit oduro.co.uk or submit an enquiry. It is practical UK-facing guidance for visitors — not a substitute for formal legal advice.

Who we are

The data controller for this site is ODURO ENTERPRISES LTD, trading as Oduro. We operate oduro.co.uk from the United Kingdom.

For privacy questions, contact us at info@oduro.co.uk.

What we collect

When you browse the site, we may process technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages viewed — only where needed to run the site or, after you consent, for analytics.

When you enquire, we collect first name, last name, work email, optional phone, company, how we can help, and source-page attribution when you arrived from a solution page. We use these details to respond and to send the next step.

When you request the free AI readiness assessment, we collect your name, email, and company name. Phone and the industry of your business are optional. Your business website is optional. We also store any campaign parameters on the link you used, and your answers to the 20 statements. We store that request and the scores so we can show your results on a private link and email you a summary with a PDF you can keep. The public results link expires after 30 days. We may follow up about booking a discovery call.

We also store your cookie preference so we remember whether analytics is allowed.

How enquire data is processed

Enquiry details are stored first so we have a durable record before any automated email. The same work email may update an existing record rather than creating a duplicate send path.

After storage, orchestration sends a fixed reply, shares a booking link for a discovery conversation, and — if you have not booked — sends at most one nurture message with an opt-out. Human follow-up can continue via our inbox.

Processors we use

We use trusted processors to run the enquire path and related site operations:

Supabase — enquiry storage (database of record before email).

Make — orchestration of the enquire → email → booking-check → nurture flow.

ZeptoMail — transactional email (instant reply, nurture sends, and the assessment results summary).

Zoho Mail — human inbox and Reply-To destination for conversations with our team.

Calendly — booking for discovery calls when you choose a time in the on-page scheduler or from the shared link.

Supabase also stores requests for the free AI readiness assessment, including the answers and scores.

These processors act on our instructions for the purposes described here. We do not sell your enquiry or assessment data.

Cookies and analytics

We use an essential preference cookie so the site can remember your cookie choice and keep basic functions working.

PostHog analytics cookies and scripts run only after you accept analytics in our cookie banner or preference centre. Until then, analytics stays off.

You can change your mind at any time via the Cookies page linked in the site footer.

Retention and your rights

We keep enquiry and related records only as long as needed to respond, operate the follow-up path, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes — then delete or anonymise them where practical.

Under UK GDPR you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to data portability where applicable. To exercise these rights, email info@oduro.co.uk.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
